I would like to hire a Programmer

The project is Multi level Marketing business which will use multiplication system and networking platform.. one person brings in 5 people to register using his/her link or using his/her username once they do they will the level 1 for the person and those 5 people brings in 5 people each to complete there level 1 and upgrade there upline to level 2 and they are earning the upline will also earning upto level 9 that is why i want a default matrix programming of 5 by 9 matrix and i want the system to automatically attach people to participant who can not find people after 7days of which he/she had activated his/her account by paying a registration fees through Bitcoin wallet (BTC) with automatic confirmation and there earning will based on commission of their down lines registration fees.... more details need to be share if you can do this program my mission and vision is to change people life by the power of leverages
