Power Automate Developer to build integration between Our ticket system (Autotask) and Slack

We are looking for a Dev to help us integrate Autotask and Slack. the Goal is to link a slack channel to a Ticket, Project and or opportunity in Autotask. Once linked we would like to send updates into the slack channel There are API calls for Ticket project and opportunity updates we just need power automate to trigger when an update is made and then post the details into the linked slack channels 1. Linking entities to slack channels a. Trigger on Update of existing Ticket -> Filter Only tickets with the Autotask UDF Field of “Slack Channel Name” filled out -> API Call to Slack to search Channel name and retrieve Channel ID->Update Autotask field “Slack Channel UID” with the Channel ID from Slack -> Send Message to Slack channel using Channel ID stating “ Ticket {Ticketnumber}-{Ticket Title} has been linked by {Resource name of last update}” b. Trigger on Update of existing Opportunity -> Filter Only Opportunities with the Autotask UDF Field of “Slack Channel Name” filled out -> API Call to Slack to search Channel name and retrieve Channel ID-> Update Autotask field “Slack Channel UID” with the Channel ID from Slack-> Send Message to Slack channel using Channel ID stating “Opportunity {Opportunity } has been linked by {Resource name of last update}” c.
