Require software creation for an application checking website. Currently an application is made through the website form on our own website which is sent to us by email. We then check the details are correct prior to making a submission to the official website on the customers behalf. In making the formal application, there is a requirement to create an account first which is validated by clicking an email link. This is a requirement first, prior to then being able to complete the application. The software must therefore be capable of doing all of the following: 1. Downloading the application from an email address 2. Display the form details for error checking purposes 3. Allow any amendments to be made to the application information 4. Create a temporary email address for registration to the official source 5. Activate the account via the temporary email 6. Once activated, complete the application 7. Allow a complete 'Start Over' of an application with the creation of a new temporary email address. Thanks

My real bid is 3000, I can not bid less than the project budget. I would also need to know how the application to the official source is made, do they have any other requirements than the email confirmation? Any captcha?
