DISTRIBUTION I have about 20 years developing applications in several plataforms with Robust Database and large data! I worked with Social Security, Financial and Administrative Army Systems in Venezuela for about 60,000 persons and their informations. Efficent Database Design and implementation. i can develop a application like Phapyrus (See my portfolio). I like communicate continues with the customer to satisface their requeriments. We can design an excellent reports with relevant information and charts(see portfolio). The application will be web based but will look like desktop application (you stated need two apps, i offer one for desktop and Web). You will access it from office or out of office. I post 8 days to develop, test and install the app and to do subsequent adjustments.
