I checked the excel file and as i understood we need to create Customer , and admin user roles for this system. Customer enters various data ( may be for each trip they visiting ) and based on the location data we show the fuel consumption and etc approximately . I believe the calculations we need to discuss specially the logic using the data entered by customer. You haven't add much info so may be we need to manage vehicle types , and various other general data which I would need to discuss if you select us . thank you
