Perl/HTML regex front-end developer for "dashboard" project

We're an open source development company and are looking for someone to parse JSON and postfix logs and produce graphs and reports that show usage over time, spam/mail ratio, and other indicators of volume and mail delivery. We are attempting to build a "dashboard" where mail administrators can view in real-time the status of the mail system, including generating graphs and reports. This project was started some time ago and has already made significant progress. It was written using perl and bash. We started using munin to produce RRD graphs. We now need to put these graphs into a web-manageable frotnt-end using javascript/css/html so administrators can view and manage the data. You should be familiar with perl, javascript, css, building web pages, understanding how to use perl modules to manipulate data most effectively and use HTML/CSS and other technologies to produce a "dashboard". I've attached a sample image with graphs of what I'd like "dashboard" to look like.
