WORDPRESS EXPERT NEEDED.. update custom made plugging

We have an old WP site 2.7.3 running a bunch of custom made plugings.. Site + plugins are working fine, the site is just very old and we want to bring the site up to date.. New theme etc.. (we can do this part, and have it already) THE DETAILS We have 3x plugging we want updated / or transferred (not 100% sure if they are even using WP code, as they appear to be just php code executed into the page) All 3 plugging are basically.. 3x forms each querying the DB for some info = Page shows info. Data is pulled into the DB via excel.. WE NEED THIS DONE ASAP.. (in the next few days ideally) We have a clone of the OLD site + a new version built without the plugins ready to go.. END GOAL = Have the old plugins working with the new site 4.7 (i think) IF SUCCESSFUL = 100% chance of ongoing work we are always looking for WORDPRESS experts.
