If that's the problem, modify the rewrite sentence 3. Dear Friend, I have checked your site problem is regarding SSL Certificate. If your SSL certificate miss configured and website forcefully open in https as normally developer do this and must do this then it lead to this issue. I have same issue in one of my website and for my knowledge regarding cloudflare and bluehost i will give small video with my account of both. So as of now i can give guarantee of solving this problem But regarding restoring your site i will need to check first your hosting panel as there is your code exist or not and if not then need to check backup & restore feature is there in your blue host. And regarding the cost i will not give fixed as of now i don't know your code, So don't know any problem in your website code. So if no issue in code than i will take maximum 5 hours after that it will free of charge. And if code have some issue then i don't know how much time to solve it.
