Website needed - Wordpress based

We require a website where the user registration needs to be categorized with users being able to make online secured payment - using a local payment gateway such as paytm Users can be 1 - students 2 - employees 3 - organizations 4 - industries We will define what each user needs to pay, so the moment a visitor comes to site and selects what he is (a student or an employee or an organization or an industry), he should see the payment he needs to make with a PAY NOW button that would lead him to make the payment. In backend, we would like to have a record of payments made date wise, month wise, year wise and we can print them, save them to pdf, export them or email to our account. Users also need to be able to upload a file or a group of files while signing up their account. If possible, we would like the sign up process and payment process both to happen at same time so the user doesn't need to sign up first, log in and then make payment. We also need periodic updates to site such as uploading newsletter, changing or updating content etc. So a quote for yearly maintenance is also needed apart from building the site.
