Lets say its a website which updates at random time with new "offers". sometimes more offers at the same time, where every offer has separate link. Those who sign up first, get that offer.. so everything should be automated and work alone with my predefined data. It should open a new link which is posted and fill it with predefined personal data, check the box for confirming terms & conditions and click the button to submit it.

I have read your proposal. Am I to understand that you want automated browser based tests that check that each of the offers are working? I am very experienced at those using Selenium, Chrome etc. Do you have a server that could run these?
