urgent: Make 4 changes in wordpress theme

There seems to be a problem when navigating to 'schedule' page. It stucks and doesn't load it.. fix that. 1. Add disqus comments. Now we have 'facebook comments' and i need you to change that. 2. I want when someone presses on Youtube videos, the music (from our radio player) to stop, and when the video stops, the music will play. We are using a plugin for youtube videos called: "AM YouTube it" but i want this to happen also if the authors are posting videos with just the video link. 3. On the homepage, there is section where it fetches posts from a specific category. These posts aren't shown anywhere else in the homepage, only there. I want this section to take articles from 2 more categories, so it will show the one who is posted lastly. (it shouldn't show anywhere else in the homepage).
