Training/Tracking Module – A module where a student can enter their license #, select the industry, input the type of license, number of credits needed, type of credit needed (sometimes a student may have to take 3 specific courses and 4 mandatory courses) date needed by. Based off the industry/state combo, they should automatically have a link provided to them to the regulatory board. The admin can also do this for them. When they take a course, they can input the course name, course number, credit hours, test score, date taken, location, provider name, provider phone, provider address, state provider #, license # for which this course was taken, and license year for which this course was taken, course requirement this satisfies (does it fulfill one of the mandatory courses or an elective, or a specific course requirement). They should also be able to add a link to the certificate of course completion which would be in the document management system. This is partially done and then our company got busy with another project and this one was left behind. I have a word document with more detailed specs and can give you access to everything including all the notes once the job starts
