I am seeking a talented developer to create a user-friendly online application dedicated to streamlining our employee scheduling processes. This application should be accessible through web and mobile devices, ensuring management can make changes on-the-go. The main goal is to organize our staff's shift assignments efficiently, manage time-off requests seamlessly, and handle their availability with ease. Would like a weekly calendar where shifts can be copied to the following week. We will have 10-15 sites per week and 50 employees to schedule. Wants the sites to be added, then visible on a drop down menu. Easy to add new sites without having to go to settings etc.. Can add notes to certain employees if they don't turn up to work that day or leave early etc. **Key Features Required:** - **Shift Assignments:** Ability to assign shifts to employees based on their positions and departments. - **Time-Off Requests:** An integrated system where employees can submit time-off requests, allowing for quick review and approval by management. - **Availability Management:** A feature to manage and view employee availability, facilitating better decision-making for shift planning. **Employee Profile Information:** Each employee profile should include: - Position and department details. - Suitability for shifts (construction tickets required for certain sites etc) - Employee rates **Login System for Management:** - Secure login via email and password to ensure that only authorized personnel can access the application. **Ideal Skills and Experience:** - Proven experience in developing mobile-friendly online applications. - Strong understanding of secure login mechanisms. - Ability to implement a user-friendly interface that caters to both management and employee needs. - Knowledge in managing databases that can support the functionalities specified for shift assignments, time-off requests, and availability management.
