SPORT CLUB MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SCMS) DEVELOPMENT SCOPE Please read carefully before bidding on project. This project is to develop a Sports WordPress Website with a Membership Database for a client of mine, Central Gauteng Athletics (CGA). The scope is separated into 4 sections; Database, WordPress Theme, Hosting and Maintenance. A. DATABASE Stakeholders to have access to database include; 1. Member 2. Club Administrator 3. CGA Administrator Develop a membership management system based on the ASA 2018 registration form. The ASA Form is attached. Member to log onto website and register. Membership form fields to be identical to attached ASA form 2018. Member to Register as an Athlete or Club Administrator. Members must renew membership Annually by selecting the year of Re-registration and be able to edit personal information that has changed. Member must have option to Print to PDF or email form to Club and or CGA. Members registering must be able to select Running Club from a drop down list. (Club list to be provided). Each Sport Club Administrator must have access to a Club Membership Portal as Club Administrator and must be able to Accept or Reject new members. Club Administrators and to be able to View members details. Portal to have a page for Clubs contact information and Committee members contact information. CGA Administrator must be able to Add, View, Edit and Delete Sports Clubs from the database. CGA will be the master database administrator. B. WORDPRESS WEBSITE AND THEME Membership Database to work with [login to view URL] with a Sports/Running Club Theme to be built on Elementor Free Freelancer to Propose development budget Open to further recommendations C. HOSTING HARDWARE / HOSTING To be hosted on a distributed/clustered hosting - guaranteeing tighter security, speed, and 99.99% uptime. D. MAINTENANCE Monthly retainer: 10 hours
