This is the kind of stuff I deal with really often, I have a total of 5 AWS servers that I actively manage, plus servers at AIT Domains and Rackspace ... I also deal with sites hosted at Hostgator, GoDaddy, Bluehost and 1and1 ... I can turn it around by tomorrow if you give me root access to the server ... and you don't pay until I complete it ... Obviously, you can't get 100 (trust me, I've tried everything) without making changes to the actually theme, and that's just way too complicated (because of the whole "above the fold" thing) ... the cost would be too great for that (but I can work on it on a separate project, but it might not be worth it IMHO) ...
