SMS function, and Filter Orders by Product Variations in Woocommerce admin page

We are running a Woocommerce website for class booking. Products are different types of classes, while product variations are the time slots.
We would also like to create short codes which enable us to:
1. Filter orders in the back-end Orders List page by product variations, using a drop-down list of all available variations.
2. Add an action button to each Order in the back-end Orders List page, which will send a SMS text message to the customer as a reminder of the date and time of the class.
