They would mainly be taking and organizing notes, following up where necessary by email or phone, making contact with certain vendors, getting project updates, creating outlines for projects, some emails, attending some Zoom calls, help track progress on projects. As a big plus, being able to sort and organize data in excel or MS Word to assist with analysis would be helpful and also to help polish and aggregate material for PowerPoint presentations.
