save attachments from email with php

This is a very fast and easy task fro someone that knows php i need to have a php script that will do 3 things. 1. check email account and save the attachment from the email and store it in a dir. 2. store the file name and date in a database. 3. remove email from server. I know there is already some classes out there for this. If you can not do this in the next hour or 2 please do not bid.
