Project ATS

We are a recruitment firm dealing with hiring candidates for tech startup’s in india. We currently use google sheets to manage candidate MIS. We want to start using an applicant tracking system. At present we use data exported from job portals and pasted on google sheets to do tele calling. The data is downloaded after screening by our experts using portals who check candidate skills and then download data in csv. This csv file is then pasted on google sheets for each team member (recruiter). This data is then called one by one and team members put their comments on the google sheet itself. We wish to transfer this process from google sheets to an applicant tracking system.(ATS) However the challenge is that at present all ATS only have an option of bulk candidate upload in doc or pdf (I.e for candidate resume) Since our data is in google sheet and we don’t have an option to bulk upload csv, excel or import data from google sheets. This is not allowing us to migrate to an ATS. We need a mechanism to convert each row of google sheet into a separate word document or pdf so that we can use the bulk upload option to import data to ATS from google sheet.
