PHP SCRIPT TO HANDLE A QUIZ.

I have a quiz, which is working and I need a script to complete it. THIS TEXT BELOW IS ONLY A PARTIAL VIEW OF THE DESCRIPTION. YOU NEED TO READ THE ATTACHED WHICH IS THE COMPLETE DESCRITION, TO GET THE WHOLE PICUTRE. The php code is given in the attached document and is an quiz for entreprenours in Spanish. The quiz shows the questions and count the result t at the end of test. At the end of the quiz (when the results are shown) we also put a question to the users, asking if they want to put their email address, then they can then get the complete answer with details and comments, and at the same time be accepting our newsletter. THIS IS THE JOB WE NEED As this moment, the form-receptor script ([login to view URL]) only receive the email and the total points that the users got in the quiz. It must get the total answers and which of them are right or wrong. At the first the receptor ([login to view URL]) will show the same layout as the first page. Then, when the user puts his/her email, your script (receptor script) will GENERATE and send by email a text-answer that shows ALL the questions contained in the quiz with the users answered marked in the radio buttons. If the answer is correct the radio-marked text of the specific question will be green. If their answer is incorrect the right answer will be green text and their will be red) answer will be written with red text. After sending the email it will show a Thanks-page with same layout and you can fill it with “Thank you for been a part of us bal bla and loreum text.” And a container below for a banner (Ad).
