Hello If the aim of this project is to have a ready-2-go Web server, please advise how will the dependencies be taken care of? Like installation of PHP, Mysql. Unless these apps which run as services arent installed, the WAMP may run short of some functionalities. If you merely want to show a splash screen and open up a static website, I can perhaps provide a work around.
