NO LANDLINE TO BE ADDED FOR SMS – in UK land line series start with 1,2,3 for example …+4420… or +441922…. Or +44330…. Etc. these to be excluded for MKTG SMS. System will have fixed templates to send to INT Customer (Except country code +44*** series) – template can be editable if needed. We don’t know land line series for all countries, so we do know how to exclude but if you have idea then apply the logic here too. No SMS to landlines. System will have fixed templates to send to All Customer (Emails) – template can be editable if needed. Before SEND SMS Buton --- Show Nos of Customer & SMS Counter as information We should be able to Send 20-30 SMS at a time. To avoid overload of system. System must generate delivery report to check if all SMS got delivered. – Call it SMS Delivery Report – columns – Sr No | Cust No | Delivery date | Status Web-Admin Dashboard - Make Menu Item – YOLO MKTG – put all content under this. menu. Hosting Cloud Server Path: Make folder on Server ---- Path: /var/www/vhosts/[login to view URL] - put related PHP files here Process --- select no's or click bulk SMS & choose filter --- then user will preview or edit template – edit if needed & Send SMS or Email Web-Admin Dashboard - Template -- Store Email & SMS template under SMS Template - which can be editable or updateable. -- create two tabs --- SMS TEMPLATES & EMAIL TEMPLATES. Basic Content of Email Template – needs – Banner on top & Banner on bottom & MKTG Body with Book Now Button which directs to Homepage …. [login to view URL] Customer ID – use & integrate with current customer ID system. If create new by add new button, just add next customer ID in sequence Available. System will create all customer data fetch from existing system and feed in this & whatever information is not available, leave it empty or default where is applicable. OptOut Rule : when admin hit BULK SMS Local or Int -- IF any customer choose opt out (YES) – system should not send bulk SMS or Email to that client, but admin can Manuel SMS to that number if wanted. If client click – UNSUBSCRIBE button, system should change their profile to MKTG OptOut (Yes) Admin can click to Cust ID and this customer data form should open where they can edit or update information of the customer & update customer db. This customer records can be downable in csv format if needed with 1 click of a button. Logs & event.. System will General event on each SMS sent --- event name MKTG SMS Sent to ___________ on DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM Logs & event.. System will General event on each time we download full customer data - event name MKTG Data Downloaded (IP Address of the PC) on DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM SEND Bulk SMS filter category – ZoneWise (Local or Int) / All (Local / INT) – every time admin hit Bulk SMS – system will ask or filter as per admin selection to create list of the customer to send SMS & then show counter of customer & SMS counter too. Then admin will hit Send Bulk SMS. (Default Filter Setting will be All (Locals & INT) ZoneWise Filter - When admin select HOME Zone – System show Same HOME Zone Customer data – allow preview & edit SMS Body if needed & update SMS Counter will show in real time. When admin hit – EMAIL MKTG button – Send MKTG email template (admin can edit before sending) to all customer whose email ID is in our Database. – create Simple Email Template for this purpose.
