Multi-tennant bookings website + app for activities

We are building a new events and booking application which focuses on healthy activities. Activity Time will be launched initially as a website and expanded to an API backend and native apps. The initial task is to build the web-application with mobile-first, responsive front-end views. About Activity Time : (see attached spec for detailed design layout) Activity Time is the quickest most effective way to find and book fun activities near you. Activities covers a wide range of pursuits, but focuses on physical activities, outdoor pursuits, holiday activities and sports. We have initially launched in the UK with plans to expand to Europe and other carefully selected destinations around the world. Here’s how the app will look. Find activities near your location or by searching based on area, activity category or company name. Results are displayed on a map along with key information such as typical price, duration, availability and more. There will be an option to fill in booking dates or just browse suggested activities. The customer can keep track of previous and upcoming bookings, as well as maintain their own profile with booking information, profile pictures and a record of previous activities and training undertaken. In future we plan to expand the Profile section to encourage Social Media integration, reviews, photo sharing / tagging and more. Favourite and saved activities will make repeat bookings and regular bookings a breeze for both customers and Activity providers. Activity Providers (businesses offering activity bookings) can signup via the Activity Providers (account) Admin Area and monitor earnings, payments and bookings. Requirements : Stack : * MySQL database driven * Amazon AWS hosted * PHP (Laravel) or Node.js server backend * PHP or Javascript framework frontend * Basic admin area for user and account admin * Google Maps API integration * Stripe API integration for payments and custom Connect Accounts * Material Design “look” or Materialize Css * STAGE 2 - API endpoints for all frontend functionality * STAGE 2 - Native apps for iOS and Android. Communication : * We are in Europe (Warsaw + London) so we expect to be able to communicate during GMT office hours, and in English * We are flexible on the tech-stack used, so we will need some advice and initial discussions regarding technical points. * All communication and payments will go through the Freelancer system, with the exception of Skype calls, which will then be summarised on Freelancer messaging system. Hours should be tracked in Freelancer * We will inspect the code regularly, and would like regular check-ins via Bitbucket. We require access to the codebase at all times. Budget : * We would like to work to a fixed budget for the first stage of the application (website / web-application launch) * We are happy to pay a deposit and balance upon completion, or similar terms. * We will provide and pay for ancillary services such as domain names, hosting and payment gateway etc…
