Mobile product catalog in custom CMS

Send a personal proposal about the project otherwise I won't contact you. ================================= Front end It needs to be a web app with pages and products. The menu has to be visible the moment you enter the website. I really like this theme: [login to view URL] - Pages: have a title, text and optionally an image. - Products: have a title, text, image and price. Also needs to be picked a category which contains the product. - Categories: have a title, text and optionally an image. CMS There already is an admin panel where the site needs to be integrated. It is a simple bootstrap admin template. - The Pages, Products and Categories are menu items in the CMS. - Pages/Products/Categories needs to have a new/edit/delete function in the CMS. - All fields of Pages/Products/Categories can be filled in two languages. Costumers enter the web app with a custom URL like: [login to view URL] &lang=EN where xx is the costumer ID which is already in a sql database. Only if the costumer ID is in the database they are allowed to see the web app. Order products - At a product page there is a button ORDER. - If a customer clicks on ORDER, he will be asked if he's sure that he wants to order. - If the customer is sure, the customer can click on OK and the product is ordered. In the CMS the order is added in the menu item orders. There is a overview of all incoming orders. If an order is made, the admin receives a notification email. All orders are first deactivated. After the email, the admin can accept or decline the order and there will be send a notification to the costumer. This notification is sent by SMS with the twilio API (This is already installed). Some products doesn't need to be registered in this system after an order is made. Those products have a custom link to another site. This needs to be another option add the menu product in the CMS.
