Minor adjustments to wordpress theme - and automated thumb/image plugin

Please have a look at the wordpress theme I am using: [login to view URL] Here is what I need fixed: 1) On main page, when hovering over a post, it pushes the post below it , and moves the post. It should overlap, like this: <[login to view URL]> I need this fixed. 2) I need the main page to appear the same regardless of how wide the monitor is. For example, if I view the site now on my laptop, the posts appear 5 wide, 2 high. On a widescreen monitor, it appears 6 wide and 4 wide on 2nd line. 3)I need the header fixed to have the adsense code in line with bottom of logo. See attached screen shot. You may have to shrink the logo a little to make it fit. 4) On [login to view URL] I need the left white edge to be in line with logo. Right now it extends all the way across the screen. 5)On image page ([login to view URL]) I need 2 adsense codes added to right of image. See attached screen shot. 6) When posting images, I want to be able to have my images resized automatically using gallery feature. For example, I want to insert a gallery of 4,5,6,7 pictures etc, all with different sizes. When I insert them into the post (example <[login to view URL]>) I want all the thumbs on single post to be the same size. I also want them to be centered and aligned nicely. 7) I want the full size images (which appear on [login to view URL]) to automatically fit perfectly on the [login to view URL] page. A max width must be set. This will avoid large pictures from needing scrolling. This width must also take into account wider monitors. 8)I want the gallery mentioned in step 6 to show underneath the full size image in attachment.php. see attached screen shot. I also want previous and next buttons to scroll through pics. Also add a link to return back to post (I have a small one on top already....make it bigger and more visible). And image page should have same title as post. As you can see most of the work involves customizing the resizing feature. I have also attached the original theme files.
