Membership Site with Random Message Display

I'm seeking a proficient website developer to establish a paid membership site. The site should be designed to reveal a three kinds of random message from a database to basic members. Key tasks/requirements include: - there will be an admin dashboard in which he can set up the paid memberships, edit messages, set up account limits. - there will also be "moderator" accounts. Moderators can add / edit / delete messages from database. - there will be manager accounts. Managers can assign users to their team. They also pay the membership tor all the team. - simple users are the ones that get to see the random messages. - Design a membership functionality which admits Basic level members permitting them access to limited content. - Implement a system that selects a random message from the stored database. - The extracted random message must be skillfully converted into an active JPEG image format so the user cannot copy the text unless he click a button. - the user can choose to see the next random message or he can choose to copy it into the clipboard by clicking a button. Every user has a daily limit of messages that he can copy. Once a message is copied by a user, that message will not be available to all the team for a number of days (set up by admin in dashboard) - payment for membership will be in crypto only - simple light / dark theme switch In terms of skills, I require someone with an excellent grasp of website development and user experience design. Extensive knowledge of database management and working with image formats is essential. A successful candidate should have a track record of creating and managing membership sites.
