I'm looking to develop a new Magento store and require ERP integration for efficient order management and CRM functionalities. I am currently undecided on the choice of ERP system and would love recommendations. What I require: - The expertise in Magento to design and set up a new online store from scratch. - ERP system integration with the Magento store. Knowledge in SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics is highly advantageous, but I'm equally open to other feasible suggestions. - A keen understanding of order management and CRM to customise the ERP system to my specific needs. I also need to be able to connect to 3-4 suppliers via FTP/API do pull their products from their system to mine. It should be able to track current stock levels, pull descriptions and photos, etc. Within each of those suppliers, after an order is made online, it will be sent back to them for fulfillment and delivery. I have a server and magento is installed. I have about 9000 products already uploaded, but I don't like the theme and would be ok changing it. Ideal Freelancer: - Should have prior experience in setting up Magento stores. - Possession of strong knowledge and past experience in ERP integration. - Superior understanding of order management and CRM systems. - Able to provide guidance in the selection of an appropriate ERP system. - Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. -Any proposals that just say I've read this and I'm excited to get started will be declined. I need somebody that is knowledgeable and can offer guidance in building this.
