Grafana Database Plugin

Grafana Datasource plugin development and Dashboards We are looking for someone that will develop a datasource plugin for Grafana 3.0 that will allow gather metrics from 2 applications: OTRS 5 and LimeSurvey. OTRS is a ticket system and LimeSurvey is a survey opensource application. The development approach could be a datasource plugin that works with mySQL queries from both databases and will return data to Grafana. As reference of start point, can take a look on this: [login to view URL] We need to have some dashboards on Grafana by each application. Besides develop the plugin datasource, the project need deliver the dashboards created and in an exportable package so we can import in our Grafana instance. The plugin should consider the Organization concept of Grafana, this means, that we should able to gather information from OTRS and LimeSurvey for each organization. We are providing a lot of desired graphs/dashboards but the project does not have to delivery all of them. The project should deliver at least one type of Graph and detailed information to our users create the rest of graphs. Some graph samples that we need to have from OTRS information on Grafana, they are in Portuguese but I’ll put the translated information on each case: Any question or doubt about the graphs, due they are in Portuguese should be clear before we hire the professional.
