Google Sheet to PHP Array Conversion

I'm looking for a proficient PHP programmer who can extract textual data from my Google Sheet and transform it into an array(). Experience with Google Sheets API and data manipulation in PHP is essential for this task. The project involves: - Reading data: Your primary task would be to read my Google Sheets and extract the textual data. - Creating an array(): Please, only place your bid after making sure you fully grasp the project's requirements; if you have previously worked with PHP and Google Sheets API, this will be a plus. A week ago, my script to read Google Sheets in 5.6.4 died. A previous Freelancer delivered a PHP 8.2 project. But my old PHP 5.6 scripts running in 8.2 need a lot of updating (mysql based). So I would like to get back to reading with 5.6 while I spend the many weeks necessary to make new versions of my scripts for 8.2. I have learned all sorts of things about the compatibility of various future versions of PHP and Sheets. What I have come down to is this: I need to be able to read my Sheets in PHP 5.6. I had been for 10 years and now this is the second time that something has gone wrong and the access token was rejected. I know 5.6 is old, but there are serious differences between the next two versions of PHP which I also have access to: 7.4 and 8.0 (8.2). The differences are the way in which Arrays() are foreach(). I do have a working version of 8.2 to read sheets, but PHP 8.2 throws 100 errors when trying to foreach() the arrays. What I am looking for right now, is to be able to go back and read with PHP 5.6 so that I can maintain my back office statistics and accounting. Almost none of what I do in Sheets is used by my public-facing web pages. Just for my own internal use. Getting my 5.6 pages back working again will provide less stress for focusing on making 8.2 work.
