Full Automated Trading on IqCent

Price is negotiable. In case if you don't agree with my stated suggested price, please let me know. I'm looking for a developer who could provide automated trading tool for Binary Options (particularly but not only OTC) for IqCent broker. Functionality should work as ''Limit'' orders: Placing Downtrend position when price raises or upward exceeds particular, my defined, EXACT price level and placing Uptrend position when price declines or downward exceeds particular, my defined, EXACT price level. Price MUST always at least touch (or exceed without touching) defined price level, otherwise trading position must not be opened. It is EXTREMELY important that there is absolutely no delay allowed which is something I will be repeatedly testing. As soon as price level is touched, position must be immediately opened. No delay of any kind. Not even 0.000001 second. Position must be opened immediately when touch happens. I must be able to place unlimited pending Limit orders for those binary options (IqCent). Due to the fact that there is no delay allowed, no matter how fast the trend is moving, a trade opening price must be always the same as defined price in the tool that I'm asking for, OR (if trend is exceeding this price without touching it) opening price must be always lower than defined price (if opening Uptrend position) or opening price must be always higher than defined price (if opening Downtrend position). I should be able to place both Limit pending orders (buy and sell) to be ''ready'' (pending) for same trading symbol. So both type of pending orders should be ''ready'' (placed) on same symbol. If one is activated then another one should still remain there as being ''ready'' (being pending). Kindly note that this broker does NOT offer any API or automated trading tool, neither any alert system, neither any data flow. Everything is happening strictly only on their website. I must be able to choose my own investment size and expiry time. If trade is won, new limit order with exactly the same requested price in exactly the same direction, must be automatically placed for exactly the same trading symbol. If trade is lost for Buy position: This for sure means that new lower price has occurred after my trade was lost. Perhaps even several lower prices. The tool must scan all of those lower prices and find the most lowest one. Then the tool must automatically place new Limit Buy order for for this exact lowest price that has occurred AFTER the trade had been lost which means the new price will always be lower than previous defined price where I lost the trade. If trade is lost for Sell position: This for sure means that new higher price has occurred after my trade was lost. Perhaps even several higher prices. The tool must scan all of those higher prices and find the most highest one. Then the tool must automatically place new Limit Sell order for for this exact highest price that has occurred AFTER the trade had been lost which means the new price will always be higher than previous defined price where I lost the trade. Extra feature1: If exact trade in exact trade position direction (trade type) on exact symbol is lost more than X consecutive times (meaning I define X value) then this exact single trading symbol in exact trade position direction must NOT be automatically placed as new pending limit order anymore until I manually place it. The opposite direction (existing pending limit order if any is placed by me) must still remain there so it should NOT be auto deleted. All other trading symbols (both directions) remain untouched. The X value is the same for every symbol and every trend position direction. Extra feature2: If entire (including shadows/tails if any: both upper if any and lower if any) SIZE (or height - however you define it) of the candle exceeds Y value (I define this in settings of requested tool) then any/each pending limit order for this exact trading symbol (other symbols remain untouched) gets immediately deleted so it will NOT be opened. Disrespecting (ignoring) extra feature1 (X value). Then it's up to me when I manually want to place limit pending orders on this particular trading symbol again. What unit will be Y value (meaning max allowed size of candle) defined in is a subject to be discussed accordingly.
