fix my adsense. help

I am not very tech-savvy and I need to connect my adsense to my wix website. I am being held up my the following message : I received an email stating that I already have an Adsense account. Help I don't remember that. then it states the following one I get into my account: Please review the issues we've found, resolve them, and submit the form after you've finished. You need to resolve these issues to be able to use AdSense. Close your other account We see that you also have another AdSense account. We only allow one account per person. To use this account, please close the other one. If you can't close the other account, please read the instructions below: If you have issues accessing or closing the other account, please follow the steps in our troubleshooter For more information about AdSense accounts, visit our Help Center I confirm I've closed the other account. I dont recall another account. perhaps I tried toi set one up and it was not sucessful.
