Hello there! What you need is a Google Script! You won't need a server or anything. Google Scripts are hosted freely on Google servers and can be used to manage all Google services. I can develop a Google Script that runs using a time driven trigger, for example, every minute. It will get the emails recently received, parse their bodies to find the client name, phone number, date, time and vehicle, then add the data to a Google spreadsheet. The script can also include other features like creating a new sheet in the spreadsheet such that the reservations of each day are preserved in a separate sheet. I know that I have few reviews here!
