Edit Wordpress Plugin

Hi there, I have a Wordpress WooCommerce Plugin - [login to view URL] Please have a look at this plugin selling page, scroll to the bottom and look at the developers information. This should provide all the 'hooks' you should need to complete this job. I need two small edits to how this plugin executes things. 1) When shop is closed I want a 50% Opacity content blocker, blocking the site page and only provide access to navigation bar. In the middle there needs to be a box with information stating the Online Ordering is currently closed and provide next opening time based on the information in the backend. This is all based on time, so the access should only be blocked when the shop is closed. 2) During Checkout, there is an option to choose a delivery date but it is shown as a calendar. I require this to be changed to a drop down. At max this is around 2 hours work - very simple changes.
