Design a website to crowdsource donations of $1-$5 to keep a medical office open

Advanced Gastroenterology is a capital-intensive, under-reimbursed, seasonal for-profit organization for 10 employees providing medical care in Citrus County, Florida for retirement-aged elderly needing colonoscopy and other GI services. Cash-flow issues arising from multiple directions threaten the integrity, viability and vitality of this much-needed competitive multi-location medical practice, suffering under existing Obamacare and Congress' failure to seize direction in the ongoing debate about Washington's role in medical insurance and healthcare.
