Seu anúncio parece ser algo simples mas preciso de mais detalhes para planejar o sistema, caso seja apenas uma lista de cadastro onde você pode ver, inserir, editar e apagar informações está ok com o valor e tempo que propus. E realmente é algo simples. Se for algo mais complexo que isso preciso avaliar. E outra dúvida, por que fazer em php? Tenho utilizado python e django para criar aplicações online e posso afirmar que é muito melhor, em questão de segurança, desempenho, desenvolvimento e inúmeros outros benefícios. Posso desenvolver em qualquer uma das linguagens mas tenho enorme preferência por django e python. Quanto ao Ajax e Mysql continuam em qualquer que seja sua opção. Fico no aguardo de um retorno.

Sou formado em Ciência da Computação pela Unesp, e tenho mestrado pela USP na área. Só to me perguntando o que vc realmente quer dizer com telas profissionais. Vc tem algum site de referência (mesmo que não seja de cadastro)?
