I have approximately 75 large spreadsheets ("master lists") from anywhere to 30k rows to 1.5M rows of data (up to 250 MB) (all of which could be combined), which I need to cross reference on a daily basis with a new list of data ("daily list"). If I were to do this on excel, I would manually combine all of the master lists, then VLOOKUP three cells on the daily list and master list. Unfortunately, excel does not work due to the size of the files. I need a program created to match two fields from the daily list to the corresponding value in the large lists, and add if the matching fields in the daily list correspond with the 5-10 cells of data to each row of the daily list. I would like for you to create an SQL database ideally via PHPMyAdmin on my server, which would allow me with the capability of uploading the daily list as an input file, match 2-3 cells and download an output file consisting of the input file + 5-10 new cells. Please provide a cost estimate for development, and specifically address if there would be any on-going costs associated with the project. If you think that you have a different way at solving this problem, I am willing to listen.

hi, the real challenge would be to export your master list to mysql. it will need custom script for it. then next job is the inferace of daily input and also records comparison. but this is doable. please reply to discuss more. basri

You only need to upload daily file there and program will automatically add matching data to large file. There is hardly any future development cost for this until requirement are changed
