Monday hello it looks like secondary menu given by theme, if you allow it to be disaplayed, it will be displayed on every page, you can hide it and put as drop down on about us page. Need to check other options if any through theme. I can check it for you.

Monday Hello, I have checked the url, it is built on Bootstrap Canvas WP theme By Schon Garcia . As you know in bootstrap, if menu has submenu, it is displayed as dropdown menu under main menu, so if we remove History and Philosophy menu, it will be displayed under About Us link as dropdown menu. and might be possible that current brown space(below About us page heading and above image) might also disappear. So before starting work, i have to check the admin section and current theme structure to give exact time, although it might take more time, costing will be same. Please go through my profile.
