Dear Candidates, We are looking for a WordPress/DBA/Developer to help us finish up on this project that we’re working on. The website is an education website for psychotherapists. The main engine of the website is the Library and Testing Center where students can gain state credits (CEUS) after passing the test and filling out a course evaluation. Most of the site has been built already and we’re looking for someone to finish off the Library & Testing and Course Evaluation elements. Website Concept The core of the website is built using Wordpress and customizing the theme WPLMS ([login to view URL]). Most of the framework is utilizing the WPLMS and it’s bundled plugins. Ultimately the right candidate would need to work on : 1) CEU, accrediting the correct points when a student passes the test at 70% (utilizing the myCred plugin which is a points management plugin that came bundled with the theme. 2) Program the sequencing of the test and evaluation - if they pass the test they will be re-directed to the evaluation. After completion of the evaluation they will receive the certificate and CEUS will be allotted to them. If they fail, they will be given an opportunity to retake the test. 3) Change some slugs/label within the theme/plugin You need to have extensive knowledge of: 1) WordPress 2) Customizing theme files and plugins 3) PHP 4) MySql 5) Backend development/customizing of child theme It’s also important that when it comes to performing an update of the theme/plugins, that it is as painless as possible. The right candidate interested in this project will be notified and would need to complete an initial review and given further information and access to view the site before confirmation. Ultimately the site will require some ongoing maintenance and support, and should therefore fall to a developer interested.
