Hi, Previous real estate website development experience useful! I am looking for a dedicated individual freelancer for: WP Residence - Real Estate WordPress Theme Customisation. Ive got a start of this project done already but need help with further customisation and ongoing improvements. You have experience in real estate websites, plugins and systems... You can achieve Pixel perfect responsive design. You have common sense to see things that need doing without instruction, you have a good eye for design. You know many plugins that can assist in the project Registration process and fees needs to be connected with the maps (google api) Customised forms IDX installed ZIllow property valuation installed Property agents area Estate agents area These areas give agents their own pages and can add their property portfolios etc and manage their own areas .. I prefer someone with unrestricted timings and not a clock watcher... I work 9 till 9 every day uk time so a match for that would be great! You can dedicate full time on $kp to work with me directly where I'll give instruction as the site evolves... There may be an opportunity for a % of profits for the right dedicated person.
