Custom Estimate Program that will send out a PDF of the estimate to the customer once the fields are filled out and you hit submit -- 3

I need a Custom Estimate File or Program that will send out a PDF of the estimate to the customer once the fields are filled out and you hit submit. Right now we are using manually entry and when we have a quote we have to enter the customers name, the details of the project, calculate the tax, and total and then save it as pdf, and then email it to them. I am looking for something more automated that will save us time and increase our efficiency. Preferably a form that will let us input the different variables (name, date, job size, price, details, automatically calculate, and then have an option to email to the customer and email a copy to myself when complete.) We will also need this is operate on a high quality email server and reduce the chances of the email going into the spam folder of the customer. My server runs on LINUX and you should be a PHP programmer... Right now we are using a php scrip to send the pdf automatically but many customers report they cannot open the pdf because it is corrupt. If you can debug this error on our old system and create a new version of this system then the you will be awarded the job.
