Create an online music player

I want a website made that plays music in random order from playlists I create. -Users would log into the site and be presented with an interface that lets them load different playlists I create. -Each playlist should also have access to a pdf. -Users click "load playlist" and are presented with the playlists I have made. They then download a playlist and it loads into the music player. All songs within the playlist are in a different random order every time the playlist is loaded. -The interface should have "autoplay" and "host controlled" options. "Host controlled" will play the first song and continue playing until the host clicks "next". "Autoplay" will play the clips automatically. -When "Autoplay" is selected, the interface should have a dropdown menu that says "play 30 seconds", "play 60 seconds", or "play entire song". Whichever is selected will play that amount of each song in the playlist. -Once the playlist is loaded, users can click "play" and the first song will begin. If the "play 30 seconds" option is selected then after 30 seconds, the song cuts out and goes to the next one. If "play 60 seconds" is selected, it will play 60 seconds and if "play entire song" is selected then it plays the entire song. -Users should be able to select "next song" which is always random. Once a song is played, that song should not be able to play again until the playlist is loaded again. -There should also be an option to stop the playlist and load a new one. -There should also be an option to see what songs have already been played during that session. -The website should track which playlists/pdfs are played/downloaded by each user and what date/time they are played/downloaded. I can supply the graphics for the site. I just need someone to make it functional.
