Copy/Rebuild current Homepage To Fresh Magento 1.9.x

I need someone well experienced in magento to copy/rebuild homepage of current magento site to a fresh magento installation using porto template. Both sites are using porto template. When you copy/rebuild i must be done from scratch using a child theme. All of the functions design must remain exactly same and it must be 100% responsive on all devices.
