3D Container Loader on PHP

We have a system that controls our logistics that runs under PHP. And we need to develop a module that is capable to simulate the best solution of container loading based on our customer's purchase order. Our database already supplies an array of objects containing the dimensions sizes like height, width, and length of each package, quantity of packages, weight, and other constraints like on top only, or on bottom only, and whether it may be turned around or not. Having a list of packages, we need to chose the container size and then find the best solution. We expect something that gathers several algorithms like First-fit-decreasing (FFD), Genetic Algorithm, Guillotine problem, Packing problems, Partition problem, Subset sum problem, etc. to get the best options.
