bulk usage of craiglist api -- 2

Hi, I need a php script able to post via craig list api bulk adverts. For more check [login to view URL] The script should be able to read from a file (Posting Submission Format) and publish it on craiglist. There should be a web form where the client can put the content of the advert (all fields), after that press next and fill the next advert, when it is ready-there should be a button "Post" and then the script must publish all adverts at once.
