Hi, We would like someone to assist in building a website that has the following functionality. - Allows Students to search Tutors on the front-end and see a profile of the Tutor with information Tutor provides - allows Students to view the Tutors profile page with information fields etc about the Tutor. Message Tutors buttons should appear and if clicked, Students need to login. - In the Student profile, they will have a series of questions. Their answers to these questions give them a score (which admin set the score ratio)9 - once logged in, students can apply to Tutors, by hitting, SEND APPLICATION. - they can set a location preference, (address/radius) - Students should be able to set their Application Status: Like Seeking, Waiting, COMPLETE. ----- - Tutors can login and will see Students that are willing to be in the area (based on what the Student set above). - They can search / view Student applications. - Tutors can shortlist students into their own Waiting List. - Students added to their Waiting List can receive notifications from the Tutor - Tutors / Students can message in two way communication also .. - Tutors should also be manually able to add their own Students into their Waiting List (they currently work with) - Tutors should have access to a calender feature so they can set reminders etc. - Once a Tutor finishes with a Student, they should be able to mark the student as a Status like: COMPLETE. And then the Student moves to a PAST list so the tutors can see their past students. Hope this provides enough details to give you understanding. Please place tutor18 in your brief to be considered.

tutor18 I have gone through the whole requirement and have some questions related to it which are as follows. - What do you mean by two way communication? - will there be a interaction among the student and teacher using a chat? if yes will it be a text chat, voice chat or video chat? or will it be a normal mailing communication? - will they be any payment involved within the website? We have understood your requirement, actually, you are looking a platform to curriculum education outside of traditional classrooms or provide online learning by the website. The base of the website: 1. The website will have two types of users 1. Student 2. Tutor 3. Web Admin 2. The website will support single language English. Main feature and functionality of the website as per our understanding: 1. When a student will come to the website he can view all the tutor profile, their provided courses and review of the course. 2. The student should send an application to tutor if they interested or can send a message. 3. The student will able to register on the website by filling personal information i.e. Name, email, password etc. 3. Once student sends the application, the tutor would able to either shortlist the student. If student shortlisted then they will get notification. 4. Once user will have completed his course tutor will mark completed. We would like to ask few questions for more clarity on the project: 1. Can student and tutor need to buy a membership on the website? 2. Once tutor shortlists the student, the tutor will able to provide the classes to the student. How will he provide the classes? According to me first we should be divide this application in the Modules. Like First Module for Design, Design for Student Panel, Tutor Panel and admin panel. Second Module implement the functionalities students and admin panel Third Module implement the functionalities with Students and tutors. So easily can complete this application according the requirements.
