Build a chatbot

Hello, I would like to set up a simple chatbot, which will provide access to the results and news of the world cup taking place in Russia today. I have already created a bot on telegram and a Facebook page, it will be the 2 main platform to access the bot. This is a non-profit personal project. We are located in Togo in West Africa. The information that will be available through the chatbot are: 1- The program of the games in progress and to come 2- The highlights of the current match, past matches and the 2018 World Cup in general 3- List of players aligned and scores What I would like it to be put in place: 1- Proposed dialogue to implement in the chatbot 2- Setting up the chatbot Since it's a non-profit project, my budget is pretty tight. I plan to spend at most $ 150 Please tell me if you need other elements or prerequisites. N.B.: this may be our first collaboration, a long series to come
