Being a small business myself, I avoid leaving negative feedback for other as I know the impact it can have on a growing business. However, after reading the other reviews, I have seen a common factor in the service that is been provided. I also know how a small business can be crippled by the wrong people, so I decided to inform those who are seeking to outsource. I dealt with a person called Ritvik from this Pixyrs. He was always respectful and seemed willing to get the project on the road. However, all I received were excuses after excuses. The grammar and spelling revealed that a slapdash on-page optimisation was attempted. The backlinks were no good and not related to my business. All the fluffing and overpromises but ZERO delivery. I have wasted more than 2 months giving them a chance to shine. Found Ritvik to be a "talker" without any action, poor to no management skills...I had to be on his case continually. He avoided me and always got others to correspond days to weeks later. Totally unprofessional, waste of time. It's disappointing when you try and support another small business only to receive such poor service. DO NOT HIRE THIS CROWD, you will be in for a great disappointment and you will be wasting your valuable time chasing them.
