Add changes to an existing CMS

Hello this is in short what i need: 1) i have an hardware device the name is GOIP a device to send SMS (bouth on alibaba). I attach api description to send an SMS and to check about delivery status 2) i have a CMS to send single and multiple SMS over many SMS gateway that doesnt support my hardware 3) i need to add a full support to my modem on this CMS. NOTE: because that CMS is very simple i was able to add support for my hardware by myself. And it works fine to send SMS, but my code doesn't check about delivery status of each sms. So the CMS cannot know if the sms has been delivered or not. What i want at this moment is to complete the integration in the way the CMS send out SMS over my hardware gateway and auto update delivery status of the SMS on the CMS.
