Kaon price comparison script customization

Hi, I am basically looking for an experienced PHP programmer to take my exisiting HTML designed price comparison site, and transfer the design over to the kaon script (price comparison software) I have which is based around PHP. Ideally, the person who accepts this job will have experiece with customizing kaon scripts already, or experience of working with price comparison projects in the past. Alot of the features I require from the site have been put in place already by different programmer. However, I do have a couple of other thing which must be implemented correctly which require some good PHP knowledge. Besides having sound HTML and PHP skills, the winning bidder should be a good communicator. I need to be regularly updated with what is going on and at what stage we are at.
