Flash XML News Ticker

Hello Everyone, I need an expert Flash Designer with AS 2.0 skills to script a Flash XML News Ticker. Requirements: 1) All source files with the project 2) Clean Code, easily customizeable 3) Scrolling text Horizontally 4) The Ticker must be able to reload itself within the same window...meaning that it should be able to show all the headlines in the XML file and then reload the feed, because this ticker will not be displayed on the Web 5)Smooth Operation...when headlines reload, viewers should not see any difference 6) A simple explanation of how the file works 7) The XML headlines will vary from time to time, so the ticker must be able to recognize how many headlines are loaded into the movie, and act appropriately ## Deliverables Basically the ticker needs to load an XML File from the internet. It must take that file and manipulate the headlines to scroll across the screen. It must read the XML file and determine how many headlines there are to display. It should reload the XML Feed each time it gets to the end of the total number of headlines and do so seemlessly so that anyone watching can not see that anything is going on. It must reload by itself without having the movie refreshed....because it will not be displayed on the web I need this as soon as possible so please only serious bidders with the knowledge of how to do this quickly please.
